Standard Appointments are 45 minutes. Shorter (30min) or longer (60mins) can be organised based around your needs for your goals.

1-1 Online Exercise Physiology.
16 week tailored health, rehab or performance support so you can stop letting pain or injury dictate your life.
24/7 support with your own EP from your pocket with weekly check ins to make sure you keep making progress.
Education modules to help you understand your injury and how to train so it doesn’t happen again.
Rehab in a more cost effective way. $50 per week with the value of or more than that of in person sessions.
Designed around you, your schedule, at home or gym.

An Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) is a university-qualified allied health professional who specialises in using exercise as a tool to prevent and manage chronic diseases, injuries, and disabilities. We are experts in understanding how the body responds to physical activity and use this knowledge to design safe, effective, and personalised exercise programs.
